- Schedule showings with prospective tenants
- Screen tenants (credit checks, background checks, rental references, and verify employment)
- Prepare leases and addenda for electronic signatures
- Collect security deposit and hold in our trust account
Property Management
8-10% of rent collected
- Act as liaison between the tenant and owner
- Move in and move out inspections
- Periodic inspections while the home is occupied
- Online rent collection and distribution to owners by direct deposit
- Field maintenance requests and hire contractors
- Generate monthly statements and tax documents
